The housing has been equipped with heater and thermostat. The elements stabilize working environment of the camera, making it insensitive to ambient conditions. Housings that do not have such elements cause problems with fogging, steam condensing etc., which may decrease image quality or even stop operation of the camera.

In the rear part of the housing there are holes for cables.

The housing has adjustable rainshield protecting the lens against excessive sunlight, as well as limiting the effect of rainfall etc. on the pane.
