TR-1M/70 has been designed for transmission of one video signal and sending power with twisted pair network cable (UTP, FTP, STP). The device matches the impedance of coaxial line (75 ohm) to impedance of symmetrical line, ensuring transmission up to 400 meters. Transmission of video needs one pair from the cable, and the remaining three pairs are utilized for sending power (12 V DC). Supposing 250 mA camera current consumption and 500 mA needed for the thermostat (TT-12E), the supplying voltage can be provided up to:

It is important to pay attention to linking the adequate terminals: (+) to (+) and (-) to (-). Reverse connection of power supply would cause possible damage of the camera, and in the case of video signal - distortion of images. The device is equipped with LED indicating proper polarity of terminals. All parameters are given for CAT-5 twisted pair network cables with copper wires of 0.5mm (24 AWG) diameter. Weight - 24g.
